The Riot Comedy Festival is coming back for its fifth year in Houston, TX from April 2-10, 2027. An annual community event created by the founder of The Riot, award-winning comedian Brian Gendron.

Our Story
Comedy made in Houston, for Houston.
Alongside his team of associate producers and dozens of volunteers, The Riot Comedy Festival puts on over thirty events including famous comedians, standup, podcasts, improv, music, a national comedy contest, and more.
The vision is to connect fans with comedians through a fun and intimate experience and to bring the comedy industry to Houston. This year's festival has expanded but remains in the Montrose neighborhood!
